Authenticity
We honor the traditions of our craft. Real, honest ingredients and time-tested methods are the foundation of everything we create.
FlourFlame isn't just a name. It's the chronicle of a journey back to the very soul of pizza.
Our story began with a memory of a small pizzeria in a Naples alleyway. The pizza there was simple, yet a revelation. It wasn't just food; it was a craft, a tradition, a piece of culture served on a plate.
That memory became an obsession: to find the purest flour, to master the 72-hour dough fermentation, and to understand that the most important ingredient is time. FlourFlame was born from a belief that the best meals are shared, and we invite you to be a part of our next chapter.
The initial idea for FlourFlame is born from an inspirational trip to Naples. Months of research into the art of Neapolitan pizza making begin.
We forge partnerships with a historic flour mill in Italy and commission the construction of our custom, Tuscan-made wood-fired oven.
FlourFlame opens its doors, welcoming the community to share in our passion and finally taste the craft we've worked so hard to perfect.
Three core principles guide every decision we make, from the kitchen to your table.
We honor the traditions of our craft. Real, honest ingredients and time-tested methods are the foundation of everything we create.
Our pizzeria is a gathering place. We strive to be a warm, welcoming hearth where connections are forged and memories are made.
We are obsessed with our craft. This passion drives us to constantly refine our process and to pour our hearts into every pizza we make.
Every great story needs a heart, and ours is forged from volcanic stone and fire. Our oven, custom-built by third-generation artisans in Tuscany, is more than an appliance—it's the soul of FlourFlame. It’s where our carefully fermented dough meets the intense, honest heat of burning oak, transforming simple ingredients into something truly memorable in under 90 seconds.
